Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of payment. Standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may ship from the United States or directly from Peru, depending on the product.

• From the U.S.: International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days.
• From Peru (DHL): Arrives within approximately 2 weeks.
• From Peru (Regular Post): May take up to 45 days depending on destination and customs processing.

Made-to-Order Products

Certain products, particularly fresh decoction pastes, are made to order and require approximately one week of preparation time before shipping. This will be noted on the product listing.

Customs and Import Duties

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Magic Reggie Botanicals is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify the legality of importing any product into their jurisdiction.

Order Tracking

Minimum Orders

Our standard minimum order for most herbal products is 1 kilogram. Certain specialty categories (such as Kambo) may have a minimum purchase requirement of $200 when including products from that category.
